We focus our activities on underserved populations and deliver extensive health careers information by

  • Providing classroom presentations about health careers
  • Facilitating after-school science programs
  • Participating in career fairs
  • Offering programs that enhance employability skills
  • Designing and implementing mentoring programs
  • Providing financial aid information and services
  • Maintaining and disseminating college, university, and technical school information
  • Distributing HOT Jobs, a catalog of health careers
  • Administering career aptitude and interest tests
  • Providing speakers from a particular health field or from surrounding college health programs
  • Organizing health care-related field trips
