The SEARCH Project (Student/resident Experiences And Rotations in Community Health) facilitates health professions students and residents to serve on interprofessional healthcare teams in underserved communities as part of their clinical training.

The Health Resources and Services Administration provides funding to State Primary Care Offices, Primary Care Associations, Offices of Rural Health, Area Health Education Centers and other organizations to operate SEARCH programs.

Some SEARCH forms can be readily accessed on this page or other SEARCh pages without further user identification.  Other forms exist on password protected websites (such as iAHEC)  and require you to log in so that you can open or download the forms.
