East Texas AHEC has implemented a statewide collaborative that supports and utilizes THM as a venue to renew and sustain the Texas healthcare industry. East Texas AHEC is joined in this endeavor by its sister members of the Texas AHEC NetworkSouth Texas AHEC and West Texas AHEC. Other members of the collaborative include the Texas Department of State Health Services, Texas Primary Care Office; the Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA); and, the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC).
