Targeting Metastatic Melanoma: Evidence-Based Treatment Selection, Combinations, Sequencing, and Adverse Event Management

Target Audience:
This activity has been designed to address the educational needs of medical oncologists. It may also be of benefit to surgical oncologists, pathologists, dermatologists, oncology nurse practitioners (NPs), oncology PAs, oncology pharmacists, and other healthcare providers interested in the management of melanoma.

Statement of Need:
During the past 5 years, the treatment landscape for patients with metastatic melanoma has undergone a paradigm shift, and the rapid pace of development can be challenging for oncology clinicians to stay abreast of. Many oncology clinicians lack knowledge about selecting appropriate patients for targeted therapy, incorporating the NCCN Guidelines for melanoma into clinical practice, optimal combination therapy and sequencing, and identifying and managing potential adverse events associated with targeted therapies and immunotherapies. This educational activity will provide a case-based, expert-led review of evidence-based treatment and management of metastatic melanoma

This activity is provided by Global Education Group. Paradigm Medical Communications, LLC, is the educational partner.
